Terms of Service

These terms apply to squishlotte.com.au and any order placed with Squishlotte (ABN 74 534 354 489). By using our site or placing an order, you agree to them.

Our products

We sell one product, the Coconut Oil Squishy, a sensory and fidget toy for ages 3 and over. It is not a medical or therapeutic device and we make no clinical claims for it. Colours are assigned at random and cannot be chosen. Product images show the style and colour range; the colour you receive will be one from that range.

Safety

By purchasing, you agree to follow the age guidance and the Safety & Care instructions on our product page: the product is not suitable for children under 3, should be used under adult supervision, is not for mouths, and must be discarded if damaged or leaking. Squishlotte isn't responsible for injury or damage arising from use contrary to those instructions.

Ordering and payment

Prices are in Australian dollars. Squishlotte is not registered for GST, so no GST is charged. Payment is taken at checkout through Shopify Payments or Afterpay. An order is accepted when we send your order confirmation. We may cancel an order if the product is unavailable, the price was listed in error, or we suspect fraud; in that case you'll receive a full refund.

Bulk and invoiced orders (10 or more units, schools, clinics, NDIS plan managers) are confirmed by quote and dispatched once payment is received, unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Shipping

We ship within Australia only. Delivery times are estimates provided by Australia Post and aren't guaranteed. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery to the address you provided. Please check your address carefully; we can't be responsible for parcels sent to an incorrect address you entered.

Returns and faults

Our Refund Policy sets out how returns and faults are handled. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Your account and information

You agree that the details you give us are accurate. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your personal information.

Intellectual property

The Squishlotte name, logo, photos and website content belong to Squishlotte and may not be copied or used without our written permission. You may share links to our site freely.

Website use

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to access it without authorisation, or use it for anything unlawful. We may update or withdraw parts of the site at any time.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Squishlotte's liability for any claim relating to a product or order is limited to the price you paid for it. This doesn't exclude any liability that can't be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page at the time you place an order is the one that applies.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
