Using NDIS funding?
Many families and adults buy sensory tools like the Coconut Oil Squishy using their NDIS plan. Here's how it works with us.
Squishlotte is not a registered NDIS provider. That means we can't bill the NDIS directly, but if you are self-managed or plan-managed, you can still buy from us and claim it back or have your plan manager pay.
How to order
- Self-managed: order and pay as normal. Your order confirmation is your invoice — keep it for your records and claim through your NDIS portal.
- Plan-managed: email us at sales@squishlotte.com.au with what you'd like, your delivery address and your plan manager's details, or leave your plan manager's email in the order notes at checkout. We'll send an invoice to your plan manager and dispatch your order once it's paid.
- Agency-managed: unfortunately we can't accept agency-managed orders, as we're not a registered provider.
Please note
Whether a purchase is covered is decided by your plan manager and your individual plan, not by us. We can't guarantee any item will be approved or funded. If you're unsure, check with your plan manager before ordering.
Our invoices include our ABN, a description of the item, the quantity and the delivery address. Squishlotte is not currently registered for GST, so no GST is charged or shown on invoices.
