Shipping We ship Australia-wide from Sydney, NSW, with Australia Post. Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment, and every parcel is tracked.
- Standard (Parcel Post): $10.55 flat — usually 2–6 business days depending on where you are
- Express Post: $13.55 flat — next business day to most metro areas, 1–3 days elsewhere
- One, two or three squishies ship for the same price, so it's worth grabbing a few.
- Bulk orders: postage quoted with your order.
Returns If your squishy arrives damaged, or develops a fault under normal use, contact us at sales@squishlotte.com.au as soon as possible — ideally within 7 days of noticing — with a photo, and we'll replace it or refund you. We'll cover the return postage if we need it back.
The Coconut Oil Squishy is designed for light fidgeting and squeezing. How long it lasts depends on how it's used: gentle everyday use can see it last for months, while heavy squashing, stretching, pulling at the seam, biting or exposure to heat can wear it out quickly. Wear caused by heavy use, misuse, or not following the care instructions isn't a fault, and isn't covered.
For hygiene reasons we can't accept change-of-mind returns once the packaging has been opened. Unopened items can be returned within 7 days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price; return postage is at your cost.
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded, and you're entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You're also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
